Board Meetings
Board Meetings are normally held on the third Monday of the 2nd month of each quarter (Feb., May, Aug. & Nov.) beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Alta Vista Country Club, 777 Alta Vista Drive, CA 92780. Call South Coast Property management at 714 444-2602 for meeting confirmation and other information.
The Annual Meeting of Members for the purpose of electing individuals to two year terms on the board of directors is held in September. Check back for further details.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010.
Newsletters
As part of the board's attempt to effectively communicate with the membership, a newsletter is be produced and emailed generally on a quarterly basis to the association membership. Below is a link to the most recent electronic edition of the newsletter.

Placentia City Council Meetings are held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of each month at 7:00 pm. The meetings take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 401 East Chapman Avenue, Placentia, CA 92870. Special meetings may also be held at other times at the request of the mayor, or majority of the council members.
The Planning Commission meets once monthly on the 2nd Tuesday. Meetings also take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall beginning at 6:30 p.m.
Street Lights are the responsibility of Southern California Edison. If you have a problem with a street light near your home, you can call them at 800-611-1911 or click here to report it through their website. You will need to know the pole number prior to do so. SEC Website Link
